The first stage of the process will involve a review of your application, particularly the answers you provide for the open-ended questions. If your application passes the paper-sift stage, you will be invited to take an aptitude test and attend an interview.

The next stage is to attend a medical assessment, which involves having your hearing and eyesight checked. You will also need to be security cleared before any offer of employment can be made.
